Story
The FUTURES Cycle is an annual bike ride through South East Asia in support of the Somaly Mam Foundation and FESIP and their work to tackle sexual slavery of women and children. Riders embark on a 550km cycle through various rural towns to bustling cities and challenge not only their physical stamina, but more importantly their mind, body and soul whilst learning about the issue of sex slavery, meeting survivors, visiting shelters, raising funds and their own awareness level of the cause.
This ride will be one of the greatest personal challenges I have ever undertaken. As many of you know, sporting related activities have not been a favourite past time of mine, however my passion for the Somaly Mam Foundation and the cause in general is immense. So immense that I am wanting to face the physical challenge of the ride.
The money raised here is going directly to an organisation which rescues women and young girls from sexual slavery, and then houses, educates, and most importantly, loves them and provides the emotional support of which they have been completely deprived. From girls as young as four to women in their forties, your donations are directly bettering the lives of countless victims of sex trafficking. Join the fight against sex trafficking today!

PROJECT FUTURES is a non-profit organisation run by a passionate network of young and inspiring professionals. We raise awareness and funding for programs dedicated to combat human trafficking and sexual exploitation globally.
