Cambodia and Laos Cycle Trek
Cambodia and Laos Cycle Trek
Story
Back in August 2010, I travelled to SE Asia on Holiday. I loved the countries I visited, the food I ate and the people I met.
Upon my return I started reading more about the countries I had visited. Aside from the horrible wars and genocide that destroyed the lives of millions of people in countries like Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, there is an even more horrible issue that continues to destroy lives today.
Sex Trafficking.
Hundreds of thousands of women and children are tricked, kidnapped and sold into sexual slavery every year around the world. Furthermore, these poor people are traded like animals and moved from town to town, city to city, country to country. Many will never know freedom again... Unless we do something about it.
